CHILI LIME CHICKEN WINGS

Thaw Certified Organic Chicken Wings from Farm Queen Foods – at least 2 pounds! 

Do NOTHING with them 

Deep Fry them in a deep fryer (you can roast them in the oven or fry them on to stove too – whatever way you best enjoy wings.)

Take them out when ready – use a meat Thermometer in at least 50% of the wings to be sure they are ALL completely cooked which is – 165F or 75C

I put them into a large stainless-steel bowl. 

Quickly sprinkle on the following; 

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper 
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder 
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder – or more if you like is spicy! 
  • A few shakes of dried chili flakes (or not if you don’t like it hot) 
  • Shake and stir them up in the bowl so they are evenly coated. 
  • Then squeeze the lime juice from 2 whole limes

One more shake of salt if you like and they are ready to eat! 

Great with a sweet dipping sauce if you like to live on the edge!
